The Decision
My walk about started with a decision. A decision to go, to conquer, to start my adventure, to do my walk about. This was the hardest part of my journey, a single decision to act upon, and stick with this decision.
Meet Kevin
It all started with this guy, Kevin. He wasborn in 1988 beautiful color of gray and brown. He had the most beautiful inside that you could ever find from a guy of that era. He is strong, massive but yet refined. Flawless in my eyes and yet he has been around the block.
I would like to introduce you to him right now. Kevin a 1988 Lincoln Town Car, a 4 door beauty with maroon leather interior. I fell in love with this guy before we ever met. Then the day we met, it was a match made in heaven. He happened to live in Hampton, VA with my niece and her husband.
The Journey
Invited on a trip with my sister and her husband to travel to the east coast. I had heard about Kevin and couldn’t wait to meet him. We pulled up in my niece’s driveway and there he was in all his glory hanging out on the street. I knew from that moment on that he and I would be together forever. There were a lot of details to work out and the biggest on was how to get him home. So this was where my Walk About started, to bring that gorgeous hunk home.
On this journey we will find beauty, adventure and creativity.
